INCLUSION OF THE HYDROCARBON IN APPROPRIATE CONCENTRATIONS, IN SOME CASES WITH ETHYLENE DICHLORIDE REPLACING PART OF THE ETHYLENE DIBROMIDE, ELIMINATED THIS EXPLOSIVE DECOMPOSITION AND RAISED THE TEMPERATURE AT WHICH PRONOUNCED, NONEXPLOSIVE THERMAL DECOMPOSITION COMMENCED.
