Abstract:
A method for performing a non-real-time stereoscopic service in a Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (T-DMB), and a T-DMB receiving apparatus are provided. The T-DMB receiving apparatus may store additional data in a nonvolatile storage device in advance, and may synchronize the stored additional data with reference data transmitted in real-time, to perform a stereoscopic service in a T-DMB service. The stereoscopic service may be performed without increasing transmission rate.
Abstract:
Each of data of two viewpoints, constituting a stereoscopic video, may be received at predetermined time intervals. When first viewpoint video data is received among the data of the two viewpoint, a storage unit of an image processing apparatus may generate a monoscopic video using the received first viewpoint video data. The first viewpoint video data may be stored. When second viewpoint video data corresponding to the first viewpoint video data is received, the stereoscopic video may be generated by mixing the first viewpoint video data with the second viewpoint video data, and thereby be displayed.
