Abstract: A recirculating channel for the safety injection and spray circuit of a nuclear reactor is located between vertical walls and has a horizontal lower panel at the bottom of the gap, a pair of lateral horizontal solid upper panels (30) (31) supported by the walls (6), and vertical adjacent filter panel elements between upper and lower panels to define a pair of lateral and a central chamber (35) communicating through the filter elements. There is a central collecting chamber below the lower panel and outlets from it to the safety circuit.
