Una sal del ácido carboxílico (carboxilato) o una sal de ácido mineral de (S,E)-N-(1-((5-(2-((4-cianofenil)amino)-4- (propilamino)pirimidin-5-il)pent-4-in-1-il)amino)-1-oxopropan-2-il)-4-(dimetilamino)-N-metilbut-2-enamida, en donde el carboxilato es formiato, acetato, lactato, benzoato, citrato, oxalato, fumarato, maleato, succinato, malato, tartrato, aspartato, tricloroacetato, trifluoroacetato o pamoato y la sal de ácido mineral es clorhidrato, bromhidrato, yodhidrato, nitrato, fosfato o sulfato.

A compound represented by a formula [1D] as shown below (wherein R1A, R1B, R2A, R2B, R3A and R3B represent a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group, and the like) is useful as an intermediate for producing a thionucleoside, and the production method of the present invention is useful as a method for producing a thionucleoside. The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a compound exhibiting excellent stability and/or solubility and the like, and further improved FLT3 inhibitory activity; and a pharmaceutical composition. The present invention provides a salt or crystal of (S,E)-N-(1-((5-(2-((4-cyanophenyl)amino)-4-(propylamino)pyrimidine-5-yl)pent-4-yne-1-yl)amino)-1-oxopropane-2-yl)-4-(dimethylamino)-N-methylbuto-2-enamide (compound A). This salt or crystal thereof exhibits excellent FLT3 inhibitory activity, and excellent properties as a drug such as storage stability, solubility, or the like; hence, said salt or crystal thereof is useful in treating a disease or a condition pertaining to FLT3. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition and an FLT3 inhibitor which contain this salt or the crystal thereof.

An object of the present invention is to provide a compound and pharmaceutical composition showing superior stability and/or solubility, etc. and having superior FLT3 inhibitory activity. The present invention provides a salt of (S,E)-N-(1-((5-(2-((4-cyanophenyl)ammo)-4-(propylanmio)pyrimidin-5-yl)pent-4-yn-1-yl)amino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)-4-(dimethylamino)-N-methylbut-2-enamide, or a crystal thereof. Since the salt or a crystal thereof has superior FLT3 inhibitory activity and shows superior physicochemical properties as drugs, such as storage stability, solubility, and so forth, it is useful for treatments of diseases or conditions relating to FLT3. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition and FLT3 inhibitor containing the salt or a crystal thereof.
