Abstract: An improved bulb mounting arrangement for an electrodeless lamp to prevent the bulb from rotating during lamp operation. The shape of the bulb mounting projection ends and the shape of the cavity side wall openings are arranged so as to cooperate with each other to preclude substantial rotation of the bulb.
