Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum strain. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing, improving, or treating infertility or subfertility comprising the Lactobacillus plantarum strain.
The Lactobacillus plantarum strain of the present invention reduces the expression of specific genes in cells constituting the placenta to help implantation of the embryo, increases the number of immune cells in the uterus, and enhances the implantation rate of embryos reduced by immune imbalance. Accordingly, it can be effectively utilized as a composition for the prevention, improvement, or treatment of infertility or subfertility.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel Sphingomonas paucimobilis strain. In addition, it relates to a use of Sphingomonas paucimobilis strain. Specifically, it relates to a method or composition for preventing or improving skin wrinkles, enhancing skin elasticity, reinforcing a skin barrier, or moisturizing the skin using the strain. The novel Sphingomonas paucimobilis strain according to the present invention can inhibit the expression of a collagen-degrading enzyme MMP-1, and promote the expression of collagen, filaggrin and claudin-1 that exhibit effects to improve skin wrinkles, enhance skin elasticity, strengthen skin barrier, and moisturize the skin. Therefore, the strain can be usefully used to prevent or improve skin wrinkles, enhance skin elasticity, strengthen the skin barrier, and/or moisturize the skin.
