Abstract: The sliding door has a panel section rising to the inside in an inclined plane and connecting to a further upper spring-back panel section extending in a vertical plane. Each panel section is formed by a filling plate of glass, plastics or similar accommodated in a profile rod frame. The upper panel section is guided on a ceiling-side rail with two spaced, parallel running tracks (19). Each running track is formed by two inclined guide tracks (20) of a triangular cross-section stay head (18). On the guide tracks of each stay head run inclinedly located support rollers (42) in a roller holder (39) fixed to the connecting profile rod (37) of the upper panel section (36).
