    Abstract: An image processing device for processing image data according to predetermined program comprises: an address generator (MAP) for simultaneously generating addresses corresponding to each of a central point and a plurality of individual neighbouring points of an image region; a buffer memory (CASHO-CASHn) for simultaneously receiving data on the points, and their corresponding addresses from the address generators; a central processor (CP) coupled to the address generator (MAP) and the buffer memory for comparing the neighbouring point data with the central point data; arithmetic and logic units (PU1-PUn) connected to the central processor (CP) for selectively modifying the data simultaneously for the individual points according to instructions from the central processor (CP); a data integration unit (DC) for receiving a plurality of simultaneous outputs from the arithmetic and logic units (PU1-PUn) and generating a single output based on instructions from the program; and a decision integrator (FC) for receiving a plurality of the single outputs from the data integrator and generating a coded multi-value based on instructions from the program.

    Abstract: The invention concerns an image processing memory device for numerical control systems. The address signals for the pixels, which are stored in an image memory, are generated serially for each point, and each item of image information is read sequentially into a central processor unit or similar, to obtain specified quantities of values. This method is comparatively expensive in time and programming. According to the invention, therefore, the image values, after being read out serially, are converted by a shift register (5) into parallel output signals, before they are passed to a reference table device (6) to provide the desired output signal, which represents the memory content. The invention can be used in programmed control engineering, particularly for numerical control.

    Abstract: A radioisotope generating apparatus according to the present invention comprises a nuclear reaction section (30) an interior of which is retained in a vacuum; a source supply section (20) for supplying a source material R consisting of a nuclide necessary for generation of the radioisotope, to the nuclear reaction section; an optical system (10) for emitting pulse laser light toward the source material R supplied into the nuclear reaction section (30) and thereby brought into a dispersed state, thereby inducing a nuclear reaction in the source material R to generate the radioisotope; a product nucleus collecting section (40) for collecting a molecule PI having a nucleus of the radioisotope generated in the nuclear reaction section; and a radiation shielding system (50) for preventing outside leakage of radiations generated in the nuclear reaction section(30). This permits the position of a reaction field of the nuclear reaction to be fixed in a specific small region inside the nuclear reaction section, whereby the space necessary for the nuclear reaction section can be largely decreased.
