PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling unit having a reduced weight and manufactured simply and inexpensively. SOLUTION: The traveling unit 1 has at least one traveling member, e.g., a magnet, a traveling wheel 12 and/or a sliding member retained by a member having opposite magnetic polarity or supported on a traveling face of a rail. The rail comprises a center section and two or two side sections each having a leg member when needed. The traveling face is provided on the top side of the leg member. The traveling unit 1 is provided with one or two traveling unit sections. The traveling unit sections can be engaged in the opposing side faces 4a, 4b of a plate 4 with a fixing means 2, or one of the traveling unit sections can be guided into a groove recessed in the top side of the plate 4 between the side faces 4a, 4b so that the unit sections are brought into contact with the plate 4 or fixed inside it with the fixing means 2. Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for supporting a displaceable separation element (3), in particular a sliding door. Said device comprises a carriage (1), which is guided in a rail (2), equipped with a carriage body (10) and mechanically mounted in the rail (2) by means of rollers (8) or at least one sliding element (11; 110). The rail comprises a central part (2′) and two lateral parts (2″), which are equipped with opposing rail feet (21) that mechanically support the carriage (1). According to the invention, the carriage body (10) is provided with at least one hard magnetic magnet (12, 120), which exerts a force on at least one of the rail magnets (22, 22′, 22″, 220, 2200) that is connected to the rail (2), said force acting in opposition, preferably in an axially parallel manner, to the gravitational force exerted by the separation element (3) on the carriage (1).

The carriage (1) has symmetrically carriage body parts (1C, 11C) including anchors (114a, 114b) and running elements e.g. wheels (12). Each of the anchors is constructed on respective opposing sides of a glass panel (4) to mash with a corresponding mounting device of the panel. The carriage body parts are formed as plates, the anchors include a strip-like anchor element, and are oriented against the respective mounting device to form a receiving groove (44) for receiving a flange of the mounting elements. A threaded hole receives a threaded pin turned towards the panel.
