Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for locking a traveling device guided by a rail. SOLUTION: This lock device 2 is used for locking the traveling device 1 guided by the rail 5, and it is, or can be, connected to the traveling device 1, and it comprises main bodies 21 and 22 on which a lock pin 23 is movably installed. The lock pin 23 is elastically held at a first position by an elastic element 24, and it can be moved by application of force from the first position where a lock element 36 provided on the rail 5 or the lock element 36 connected to the rail is engaged with the lock pin 23 to a second position where the lock pin 23 is disengaged from the lock element. The lock device 2 is of a simple and cost-efficient constitution, and it enables secure closure of a partition element such as a sliding door, sliding counter, and a folding wall guided by the traveling device 1.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (2) for connecting a displaceable element (1), especially a glass, metal or wooden panel to a guiding device (93; 93a), said guide device being guided in a rail (91; 91a). The inventive device comprises a first and a second fixing part (31; 41). Said fixing parts contain outer panels (32; 42) and fitting elements (33; 43) which can be interconnected by means of an axle (35). Said fitting elements (33; 43) are inserted into a cut out section (11) on the edge of the displaceable element (1) and interconnected. The fitting elements (33; 43) encompass a connection screw (6) which can be connected to the guide device (93; 93), said connection screw (6) having a screw shaft (63) with a screw head (62), a securing element (61) and a thread. The fitting element (33) of the first fixing part (31) has a channel (36) for receiving the screw shaft (63), said channel having channel walls (34), a trough (39) for receiving the screw head (62) and a cavity (37) for receiving the securing element (61). Said securing element (61) can be stopped by a stop screw (53; 53a). The fitting element (43) of the second fixing part (41) has a recess (44) for receiving the channel walls (34) and an opening through which the screw head (62) can be accessed. The assembled device is adjusted by loosening the stop screws (53) by a few turns and turning the connection screw (6) until the displaceable element (1) is set at the desired height. The stop screws (53) are then re-tightened. The securing element (61) is part of the connection screw (6) and is encompassed in the device (2) so that the top edge of the displaceable element (1) can be drawn practically up to the rail (91; 91a).
Abstract:
The device (2) in accordance with the invention, which serves the joining of a sliding element (1), in particular a glass, metal, or wooden panel, with a guide device (93; 93a) that is guided in a track (91; 91a), exhibits a first and a second mounting piece (31; 41) that contain outer plates (32; 42) which can be joined together via an axle (35), and inserts (33; 43). The inserts (33; 43), which are fitted in a cutout (11) on the edge of the element (1) and connected with one another, enclose a connecting bolt (6) that can be connected to the guide device (93; 93a) and that exhibits a bolt shaft (63) with a bolt head (62), a locking element (61), and a thread. The insert (33) of the first mounting piece (31) exhibit s a channel (36) with channel walls (34) intended for the accommodation of the bolt shaft (63), a trough (39) intended for the accommodation of the bolt head (62), and a recess (37) intended for the accommodation of the locking element (61) that can be locked by means of a locking screw (53; 53a). The insert (43) of the second mounting piece (41) exhibits a rece ss (44) for the accommodation of the channel walls (34) as well as an opening (49) through which the bolt head (62) is accessible. The installed device (2) is adjusted in that the locking screws (53) are loosened a few turns and the connecting bolt (6) is turned until the desired height of the element (1) has been adjusted. Then the locking screws (53) are tightened again. The locking element (61), which is part of the connecting bolt (6), is enclosed within t he device (2), for which reason the upper edge of the element (1) practically can be drawn up t o the track (91, 91 a). 12

The securing means (30) has two wing elements (32a, 32b) which can be connected to the door element (2) and which are connected by a central piece (33) which is provided with a recess (34) and is bent upward relative to the wing elements (32a, 32b) in such a manner that, after the securing means (30) is installed, the screw head (11) can be guided through under the central piece (33), so that the shank (12-15) can be introduced into the recess (34), which is adjoined by a collar (35) serving to hold the screw head (11). The suspension device, which can be produced cost-effectively and fitted and adjusted with little outlay, only requires a little space, so that the door element (2) can be fitted at a small distance from the running mechanism (6) and rail (4).
Abstract:
The buffer device (10) has a body (11) which can be fitted in a rail (4), a damping element (12) for cushioning, and a retaining spring (13) for retaining a running mechanism (6) which is guided in the rail (4) and is provided for carrying and guiding slidable wing elements (2).
