An aqueous lubricant for use in plastic working of a metallic material which comprises (A) a water soluble inorganic salt and (B) a wax, wherein the components are dissolved or dispersed in water, and wherein a solid concentration ratio (weight ratio) (B)/(A) is 0. 3 SIMILAR 1.5. and a method for producing a lubricative film, characterized in that a lubricative film is produced by applying the aqueous lubricant, preferably in a dried weight of 0.5 SIMILAR 40g/m , on the surface of a metallic material, providing no chemical conversion layer thereon, followed by drying. The aqueous lubricant preferably further comprises (C) a metal salt of a fatty acid in a solid concentration ratio (C) /(A) of 0.01 SIMILAR 0.4. The water soluble inorganic salt (A) is preferably selected from among a sulfate, a silicate, a borate, a molybdate and a tungstate. The wax is preferably a synthetic wax which is dispersed in water and has a melting point of 70 SIMILAR 150 DEG C. The metal salt of a fatty acid (C) is preferably obtained through reacting a saturated fatty acid having 12 SIMILAR 26 carbon atoms with a metal selected from among zinc, calcium, barium, aluminium, magnesium and lithium. The aqueous lubricant can be used for imparting excellent lubricity with ease to the surface of metal having no chemical conversion layer formed thereon.

An object is to provide a surface treating composition which is capable of depositing a coating having excellent corrosion resistance after further coating on the surface of a metal material such as iron base metal material by using a treating solution which does not contain environmentally harmful components, namely, by using an environmentally less harmful treating solution which had been difficult to obtain in the prior art technology. This object is achieved by a surface treating composition for a metal containing iron and/or zinc comprising the following component (A), component (B), and component (C): (A) a compound containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, and Si; (B) a compound containing Y and/or a lanthanoid element; and (c) nitric acid and/or a nitrate compound; wherein the ratio K1 (=B/A) which is a ratio of the total weight concentration B of the Y and/or the lanthanoid element in the component (B) to the total weight concentration A of the element in the component (A) is in the range of 0.05 ‰¤ K1 ‰¤ 50; and the ratio K2 (=C/A) which is a ratio of the total weight concentration C of nitrogen atom in the component (C) calculated in terms of No 3 to the total weight concentration A is in the range of 0.01 ‰¤ K2 ‰¤ 200.

Un lubricante acuoso, para su uso en el trabajo plastico de un material metalico, este lubricante comprende: (A) una sal inorganica soluble en agua, y (B) una cera, donde los componentes se disuelven o dispersan en agua, y en que una relacion en peso de la concentracion de solidos, (B) /(A) es de 0.3~1.5. Y un metodo para producir una pelicula lubricativa, caracterizado porque se produce una pelicula lubricativa aplicando el lubricante acuoso, preferiblemente en un peso seco de 0.5~40 g/m2, sobre la superficie de un material metalico, que no suministra ahi una capa de conversion quimica, seguido por el secado. El lubricante acuoso ademas comprende, preferiblemente, (C) una sal de metal de un acido graso, en una relacion de la concentracion de solidos, (C)/(A) de 0.01~0.4. La sal inorganica (A), soluble en agua, se selecciona preferiblemente entre un sulfato, silicato, borato un molibdato y un tungstato. La cera es preferiblemente sintetica, la cual se dispersa en agua y tiene un punto de fusion de y0~150 degree C. La sal de metal de un acido graso (C) se obtiene preferiblemente a traves de la reaccion de un acido graso saturado, con 12-26 atomos de carbono, con un metal seleccionado entre el zinc, calcio, bario, aluminio, magnesio y litio. El lubricante acuoso se puede usar para impartir una lubricidad excelente, con facilidad, a la superficie del metal, que no tiene una capa de conversion quimica formada sobre la misma.

Un lubricante acuoso, usado para el trabajo plastico de material metalico, el cual comprende: (A) una sal inorganica soluble en agua, (B) un agente lubricativo, seleccionado del disulfuro de molibdeno y el grafito, y (C) cera, en que los componentes se disuelven o dispersan en agua, y donde la relacion de concentracion (relacion en peso) de (B)/(A) esta en el intervalo de 1.0~(5.0 y de (C)/(A) es de 01~1.0. Y un metodo para el proceso de una pelicula lubricativa sobre material metalico, en que esta pelicula lubricativa se forma aplicando el lubricante acuoso en un peso seco de 0.5 40 g/m2. Una sal inorganica (A), soluble en agua, se selecciona preferiblemente del grupo que consiste de un sulfato, un silicato, un borato, un molibdato y un tungstato. La cera (C) es preferiblemente una cera natural o una cera sintetica, la cual se dispersa en agua, y tiene un punto de fusion de 70~150 degree C. El lubricante acuoso puede ser usado para impartir una lubricidad excelente con facilidad a la superficie de un metal, que no tiene formada una capa de conversion quimica.

Una composicion de tratamiento de superficie que es un liquido de tratamiento que no contiene ingredientes nocivos para el ambiente; ha sido dificil obtener dicho liquido de tratamiento con cualquier tecnica convencional. La composicion permite una pelicula de recubrimiento que tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosion despues del recubrimiento para ser depositada a traves de tratamiento de superficie sobre una superficie de un material metalico, por ejemplo, un material metalico en base a hierro. La composicion que es para el tratamiento de superficie de un metal que comprende hierro y/o zinc, comprende los siguientes ingredientes (A), (B) y (C): (A) un compuesto que contiene por lo menos un elemento seleccionado a partir del grupo que consta de titanio, circonio, hafnio y silicio; (B) un compuesto que contiene itrio y/o un elemento lantanido; y (C) acido nitrico y/o un compuesto de acido nitrico. En la composicion antes mencionada, la relacion de la concentracion de masa total B del itrio y/o elemento lantanido contenido en el ingrediente (B) antes mencionado a la concentracion de masa total A del(los) elementos(s) en el ingrediente (A), K1 = B/A, es 0.05 = K1 = 50 y la relacion de concentracion de masa total C de los atomos de nitrogeno en el ingrediente (C) en terminos de la concentracion de NO3 a la concentracion de masa total A, K2 = C/A, es 0.01 = K2 = 200.
