Abstract: An example apparatus comprises a plurality of conductive planes separated by non-conductive layers, at least one of the plurality of conductive planes being an inner conductive plane; an outer conductive via electrically coupled to an inner conductive plane, one end of the outer conductive via terminating at an inner portion of the apparatus; an inner conductive via extending further in at least one direction than the outer conductive via, the inner conductive via and the outer conductive via being co-axial and separated by at least a layer of insulating material.
