Abstract:
According to an example, cloud off-ramp management may include generating folders on a cloud storage system and retrieving content from the folders based on folder settings. Retrieved content may be sent over the Internet to a device associated with the content.
Abstract:
A print server may include a processor, a memory, and instructions stored on the memory and executable by the processor. In an example, the instructions may include: a print subscription component to control printing by a print subscription user according to a first printing quota associated with the print subscription user, and a print reservation component to reserve a second printing quota from the first printing quota for scheduled printing.
Abstract:
Examples disclosed herein relate to providing a message to a user device (206). As per an example, a user device (206), from among a plurality of user devices (206), being in closest proximity or having least distance to a user (214), is identified. The message is subsequently provided to the identified user device (206).
Abstract:
A system and method for registering a user with a subscription service for a printer is described. A network-enabled printer can determine when a mobile computing device is brought into a sufficient proximity of the network-enabled printer. The network-enabled printer can receive account information for a user of the mobile computing device when the mobile computing device is brought into the sufficient proximity and transmit the account information to a remote provider in order to register the network-enabled printer and the user with the subscription service.
Abstract:
In one example, a print job is received from a first mobile computing device. The print job is stored in association with a job identifier. The job identifier is sent to the first mobile device. A release code is received from a second mobile computing device. The release code includes the job identifier and a directive regarding printing or forwarding of the job, and was received at the second mobile device from the first device via a wireless transaction. A network-connected printer associated with the second device is identified. Responsive to a determination that the release code is valid, the print job is sent to the printer.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing ink subscription for a printer (108) over a cloud printing network (104) are described. The printer (108) is monitored for usage information based on an ink subscription plan selected by a user. The ink subscription plan includes a plurality of threshold values associated with usage of the printer (108). The printer (108) is prevented from executing print jobs assigned to the printer (108) when the usage information indicates that at least one of the threshold values is reached.
Abstract:
Examples disclosed herein provide for the handling of a print job for a printer via a mobile device. The mobile device receives a notification from a computing device to indicate the print job is available for printing. Upon the mobile device joining a wireless network associated with the printer, the mobile device delivers the print job from the mobile device to the printer via the wireless network.
Abstract:
Examples disclosed herein relate to providing access to digital content using a machine-readable link. As an example, an annotation comprising digital content, for a portion of a digital content, is identified in response to a print request. Based on the annotations, a machine-readable link associated with the digital content is generated. Subsequently, a printable format version of the digital document comprising the machine-readable link, and excluding the annotation is obtained wherein the machine-readable link is readable by a computing device to obtain access to the digital content over a communication network.
Abstract:
Examples disclosed herein relate towireless communication of print content.Examples include a remote printing request acquired by a remote printing server from a mobile device, the remote printing request including first print content and identifying a mobile device identifier. Examples further include second print content and the mobile device identifier acquired via direct wireless communication.
