    Abstract: In some examples, with respect to feature protection for three-dimensional printing, a three-dimensional model of a three-dimensional object to be printed may be ascertained. A determination may be made as to whether a configuration of a three-dimensional model feature of the three-dimensional model matches a removable feature configuration from a set of removable feature configurations. Based on a determination that the configuration of the three-dimensional model feature of the three-dimensional model matches the removable feature configuration from the set of removable feature configurations, the three-dimensional model feature may be removed from the three-dimensional model to generate a modified three-dimensional model.

    Abstract: In an example, a method includes receiving, at least one processor, a mesh model for an object, a first transformation matrix to apply to the mesh model to describe a first object for generation in additive manufacturing and a second transformation matrix to apply to the mesh model to describe a second object for generation in additive manufacturing. The method may further include determining, by at least one processor, if the first and second transformation matrices describe transformations which are equivalent in terms of mesh errors and, if so, inspecting the mesh model for mesh errors once for both the first and second transformation matrices.

    Abstract: Methods and means for imaging are provided. A sequential application hierarchy of two or more colors is defined. A page-wide print array forms images on a moving media using colored inks. Shingling is performed in accordance with the sequential application hierarchy within the overlap print zones of the page wide print array.     Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor that may access a digital model of an item to be fabricated to have a plurality of features, in which the digital model may include a surface. The processor may pack a plurality of digital ellipsoids to intersect the surface of the digital model of the item, in which the plurality of digital ellipsoids are arranged with respect to each other based on a curvature of the surface. The processor may also determine locations on the surface at which the plurality of digital ellipsoids intersect the surface and may set the determined locations as points on the surface at which the plurality of features are to be formed.

    Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which is stored machine readable instructions that may cause the processor to identify a color of a portion of a 3D object to be fabricated from a 3D model and to determine, based on the identified color of the portion, a property of a thermal support, in which the property may affect a temperature of an area near build material particles used to form the portion. The instructions may cause the processor to instruct fabrication components to fabricate the thermal support having the determined property and the fabrication components to fabricate the 3D object. The thermal support may be fabricated at a location with respect to the portion to increase a temperature of a set of particles used to fabricate the portion during fabrication of the portion.
