Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion head for a multi-chamber type hose bag, with which a mixing ratio of chemical substances in a two-component system or a three-component system can be kept constant and which can be manufactured easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: The extrusion head (11;32;42;52;62) mounted on the multi-chamber type hose bag(1;35;55) containing extrudable multi-component substances comprises a main chamber (2) for a first component and at least one sub-chamber (3, 4) for other components and has a nearly flat wall part (12;22) surrounding an extrusion opening (13;23) for the hose bag. The wall part (12;22) is equipped with at least one protuberance (14;24;36;56) to narrow the discharge area (5, 6) of at least one sub-chamber (3, 4) in the hose bag (1;35;55) in a state that the hose bag (1;35;55) is in contact with the wall part (12;33). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film cartridge, which is releasable certainly and reproducibly, and is manufacturable easily and at low cost.SOLUTION: The thin film cartridge includes: a thin film tube 106 that circumferentially encircles at least one chamber 110 or 112; a cover 116 that is separate from the thin film tube 106, closes an axial direction end of the thin film tube 106, and has at least one first opening 118 formed for each chamber 110, 112 to fill a filler in the chamber 110, 112; and a lid that closes the first opening 118.

Head part comprises a protrusion (14) for narrowing an outlet region (5, 6) of a secondary chamber (3, 4) of a bag-forming device. Preferred Features: The protrusion is arranged in the region of the whole periphery of a pressing opening on a bearing section. The pressing opening allows linear output of components from the main chamber (2). The head part is fixed to the multiple chamber bag-forming device and is a component of a pressing device.

The barrel (11) has a foil bag (12, 22) for components (16, 26, 27) of a multi-component mass arranged next to each other, where the components are stored separately from each other. Two supporting sections (32, 36) for ends (13, 23) of the foil bags are provided at a head part (31). The former foil bag includes one of the components (16) of the multi-component mass, and the latter foil bag includes other two components (26, 27) of the multi-component mass. The latter two components of the multi-component mass are provided in separate foil bag chambers of the latter foil bag.

Eine Folienkartusche hat einen wenigstens eine Kammer (110, 112) in Umfangsrichtung umschließenden Folienschlauch (106) und einen vom Folienschlauch (106) separaten Deckel (116), der ein axiales Ende des Folienschlauchs (106) abschließt. Im Deckel (116) ist für jede Kammer (110, 112) wenigstens eine erste Öffnung (118) ausgebildet, über die die Kammer (110, 112) mit einem Füllmaterial befüllt werden kann. Es ist ein Verschluss (136) vorgesehen, der die erste Öffnung (118) verschließt. Zur Herstellung der Folienkartusche wird die Kammer (110, 112) durch Verbinden des Deckels (116) mit dem Folienschlauch (106) hergestellt. Dann wird die Kammer (110, 112) mit einem Füllmaterial durch die erste Öffnung (118) im Deckel (116) befüllt und die erste Öffnung (118) wird verschlossen.
