Abstract: The supply connection, for electric ovens, consists of a pressure ring (3) concentric with the oven contact and carrying a coolant. The ring presses contact plates (2) radially against the round contact (1) of the oven. The outer surfaces of the curved contact plates are polygonal and each has a lug (7) with pins projecting from both sides. The pins locate flaps (10) welded to bearing plates (9) resting against the outer surfaces of the contact plates plates. Wedges (12) are driven in between the lugs and the outer surfaces of the bearing plates between the flaps.
