Radicals of the formula (I) without A are attached to the free valencies of the nitrogen atoms of the radicals of the formulae (II) to (V). The compounds of the formula (I) are prepared by reaction of amines of the formulae (II) to (V) with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with addition of bases, such as alkali metal hydroxides.
