The invention relates to a filter device, in particular for high-pressure applications in a molten polymer filtration, with a screw-in piece (10), provided with a first threaded section (12), for fixing the filter device, a second threaded section (14), for fixing a filter medium (16), in particular in the form of a metal wool and with a perforated support tube (18) for the metal wool. The other free end thereof is provided with a volume displacer (24), whereby the metal wool is surrounded by a support grid (20) and fixed by two fixing pieces (28, 30), held at a separation from each other by means of the support grid (20), one of which (28) serves for the fixing to the second threaded section (14) of the screw-in piece (10) and the other as a handle (30) for the fixing thus carried out. As a result of the volume displacer (24) being a one-piece component of the support tube (18) and the fixing piece (30) in the form of a handle covering the volume displacer (24), the filter device is significantly improved in that the above permits a simple and rapid assembly procedure for the exchangeable filter medium and also the filter element construction is held such as to be free of damaging torsional loads.

A filter device, particularly for filtering melt-type fluids, such as polymer melts, includes at least one filter disk having two filter disk halves connected to each other by their edges and provided with filter material on their exterior surfaces. The filter disk halves are held apart by a supporting device delimiting a substantially free hollow area between them, through which a fluid can flow freely. Inwardly, they delimit an outflow opening for the melt-type filtered fluid. The supporting device has individual supporting cams of substantially equal outer dimensions and arranged in several groups. Separated from each other, the supporting cams extend radially outwardly form the outflow opening, are rigidly connected to at least one of the two halves, and traverse the hollow area in such a way as to rest against the other filter disk half. This results in a filter device which is economical to produce and which has enhanced filter performance when in operation. It is suited particularly to filtering melt-type liquids, such as polymer melts, under high pressure.

The invention relates to a method for producing a sealing connection between a filter mat (5) of a tubular filter element and a metallic head piece (1) encircling said filter element at one end. Said head piece comprises an annular groove (7) accommodating the edge (3) of the filter mat (5). In order to reduce the internal diameter of the annular groove (7), the wall (9) adjacent to the periphery is compressed by the periphery of the head piece (1) towards the interior by applying a force of pressure which is directed radially towards the interior. The wall (9) of the annular groove (7) adjacent to the periphery is provided with an enlargement (27) which enlarges the diameter of the head piece (1). The force of pressure for compressing the wall is applied in the area of said enlargement (27).

Dispositivo de filtración para fluidos, en particular para líquidos de baja viscosidad, tales como agua, con una carcasa de filtro (1) en la que están previstos alojamientos de elemento (31) para múltiples elementos de filtración (33), cuyo medio de filtración (35) en la carcasa de filtro (1) separa un lado no depurado (5) de un lado depurado (7), pudiendo abrirse la carcasa de filtro (1) para la introducción y la extracción de los elementos de filtración (33), estando previsto para los elementos de filtración (33) un soporte a modo de una cesta (19), que se puede introducir en la carcasa de filtro (1) y se puede extraer de la misma y en la que se pueden fijar, de forma separable, los elementos de filtración (33), presentando la cesta (19) una placa de soporte (23), incluyendo los alojamientos de elemento para la fijación de elementos de filtro en forma de bujías filtrantes (21) un equipo de unión (53, 55, 59, 61), que fija un cilindro portante (59) permeable a fluido en la placa de soporte (23), de tal modo que una bujía filtrante (21) asignada se puede colocar por deslizamiento en el lado exterior del cilindro portante (59) y se puede retirar del mismo, caracterizado porque la placa de soporte (23) en la posición de montaje en la carcasa (1) separa el lado no depurado (5) del lado depurado (7) y, para la formación de los alojamientos de elemento, presenta pasos de fluido (31) en los que se pueden fijar los elementos de filtración (33) de forma separable, de tal modo que los pasos de fluido (31) están unidos con el espacio hueco de filtro interior (37) rodeado por el medio de filtración (35) y de tal modo que el equipo de unión (53, 55, 59, 61), en cada paso de fluido (31), presenta una varilla de unión (55) anclada allí, que se extiende a través del cilindro portante (59) y que en la zona de su extremo libre presenta una unión roscada (57, 66) para la fijación de un disco de sujeción (61) que pasa por encima del borde terminal del cilindro portante (59) y presiona el mismo contra la placa de soporte (23).

Ein Behälter, insbesondere Druckbehälter, mit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuseteil (10), in dem ein Deckelteil (12) festlegbar ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Ausnehmung (14) auf der Innenseite (16) des Gehäuseteiles (10) zumindest teilweise Anlagesegmente (18) eingelegt sind, an denen sich das Deckelteil (12) in seinem Einbauzustand abstützt, und dass mindestens ein Festlegemittel (22) vorgesehen ist, das einen lösbaren Eingriff zwischen Deckelteil (12) und mindestens einem der Anlagesegmente (18) gewährleistet.
