Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the resources of a central processing unit(CPU) in a computer environment. SOLUTION: When it is necessary to control the assignment of CPU resources to the blocks of the computer environment, the assignment is dynamically controlled. This dynamic control is spread over at least two blocks of the computer environment. This control includes the change of processor weight related to the blocks.
