Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make well-balanced the work of a workload operating in logically divided system blocks by moving physical resources of the system without limiting the movement of the work even when it is necessary to guarantee that data necessary for the work are present at the destination of movement. SOLUTION: Logical blocks are constituted by using one or a plurality of logical processors. Afterwards, it is possible to dynamically adjust the constitution. This dynamic adjustment may be made to correspond to the workload of the logical blocks.
