Abstract: PURPOSE: To trace a graphic by a cursor without requiring previous instructions for a trace starting point and a tracing direction by determining a point on a display screen in accordance with an inputted signal, determining a point on a graphic object close to the determined screen position and displaying a cursor on the determined object point. CONSTITUTION: The cursor movement control device consists of a control device 1, an arithmetic unit 2, a display control device 3, a display 4, a position coordinate display device 9, a ratio display device 10, a data storage area 11, a graphic object selecting device 12, and so on. A signal for indicating a certain position on the display screen is inputted, one of continuous segments displayed on the screen and a point Qi on the screen are determined in accordance with the inputted signal, a point Pi obtained by projecting the point Qi to the segment is determined and a cursor is displayed on the point Pi. Consequently a graphic can be traced by the cursor without requiring the previous instructions of a trace starting point and a tracing direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To set a segment at a desired angle to another segment on a picture by generating geometrical data closest to an indicated point on a boundary line and displaying the segment, which has a reference point and a determined point as the start point and the end point respectively, as an input candidate. CONSTITUTION:After a reference line and the reference point are obtained, geometrical data of the boundary line between angular areas on a CRT picture. Thereafter, a point Pm indicated by a pointing device is successively updated and defined each time when its coordinates are changed, and the point closest to the point Pm out of all points on the boundary line is denoted as Pd, and the point Pd is updated in accordance with the change of the point Pm, and one latest segment connecting the reference point and the point Pd is displayed on the CRT picture each time when the point Pd is updated. When a termination signal is given from the pointing device, the reference point and the point Pd at this time are determined as the start point and the end point respectively, and values of two-dimensional coordinates of two points are recorded, and the segment connecting these points is drawn on the CRT picture. Thus, the segment is drawn at a desired angle to an already drawn segment.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a method for drawing graphic using graphic icon by which any body can easily draw a graphic having many configuration points. CONSTITUTION: A graphic processor adds a graphic object table 10 for storing the identifier of a control point which defines the identifier and the graphic object at every graphic object, a control point table 11 which stores data concerning the identifiers and the position of the control points at every control point and where position data is permitted to be position relation data as against the graphic object of the control point and a means which updates the graphic object table 10 and the control point table 11 in response to the setting of the control point in the new graphic object by a user. The tables are referred to by responding to the movement and deformation of the first graphic object and the coordinate value of the affected control point is calculated through the use of a coordinate calculating device 7.

Abstract: A graphics system in accordance with the present invention comprises a display, a pointing device for designating a point on a screen of said display, and a storage apparatus. The system further comprises means for selecting a line existing on the screen and a point thereon in response to the designation of a point on the screen by said pointing device, means for generating geometric data of boundary lines of plural angle regions on the screen, whose reference line is supposed to be the selected line and whose reference point is supposed to be the selected point thereon, means for determining the boundary line which is closest to a newly designated point on the basis of said geometric data of the boundary lines, determining the point thereon which is closest to the designated point, generating the geometric data of the determined point, and displaying the segment which starts at said reference point and ends at said determined point as an input candidate each time a new point is designated by said pointing device, means for determining that segment displayed as an input candidate is the segment to be finally input, and means for storing the geometric data of the end point of the segment determined by said means (d) into said storage apparatus.

When the article as a target of the prescribed purchase request accepted by the ticket selling system 10 is already purchased by the purchase applicant who answers the agreement with this buy-back request, the ticket managing system 30 buys the relevant article back from this purchase applicant and provides the article to another purchase applicant who issues this prescribed purchase request.
