Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system for supporting a cut-off device related with the objective receiver of a message. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an information service for transmitting messages to at least one objective receiver, related with the user or the subscriber of the information service. The information service includes an informing server to be connected operationally to at least one gateway. Each gateway is connected to at least one receiving-side device related with the user or subscriber of the information service directly or via an exchange. The gateway preferably includes a message queue for storing a distributed message and a transcoder for transforming the format type of the message received from the information server to a different format type suited to an objective receiving-side device.
Abstract:
A multi-source multi-tenant reference data utility (1) and methods for forming and maintaining the same, delivering high quality reference data in response to requests from clients (6, 7, 8, 9), implemented using a shared infrastructure, and also providing added value services using the client's reference data. Included are data cleansing and quality assurance of the received data with full tracking of the sourcing of each value, storage of resulting entity values in a repository (20) which allows retrievals and enforces source based entitlements of clients, and delivery of retrieved data in the form of on demand datasets (30, 31, 32, 33) supporting a wide range of client application needs. An advantageous implementation has additional services for reporting on data quality and usage, a selection of value adding data driven computations and business document storage. The shared infrastructure and amortizing the costs of data quality assurance, assures that better quality data at lower cost is delivered.
