Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile communication system to select a communication opposite party by designating a concrete position. SOLUTION: A server stores and manages position information (latitude and longitude) of each mobile station 22. When a mobile station 22 transmits a mail including designation of its own position range and information to be served to the server 12, the server 12 discriminates whether or not each mobile station 22 is resident within the range on the basis of respective position information of the mobile stations 22 and the range (longitude and latitude in the center of the mobile stations 22 and its radius) denoted in the mail to obtain user names (telephone numbers) of all the mobile stations 22 resident in this range. When many mobile stations 22 are resident within the range, the server 12 limits the number of the mobile stations 22 on the basis of attributes of the users or the like and transmits a mail including the served information to each of the mobile stations 22 obtained finally.

SOLUTION: A server 12 stores and manages the positional information (latitudes and longitudes) of mobile stations 22. When the mobile stations 22 transmit mail including information designating and providing the positional extents of their communicating parties to the server 12, the server 12 discriminates whether or not the mobile stations 22 are in the extents (center latitudes, longitudes, and radii) contained in the mail based on the positional information of the stations 22 and the extents, and obtains the names (telephone numbers) of the users of all mobile stations 22 existing in the extents. When the number of the mobile stations 22 existing in the extents is large, the server 12 reduces the number of the mobile stations 22 based on the attributes, etc., of the users and transmit the mail containing information to be provided to each finally obtained mobile station 22.

SOLUTION: When a sender terminal T0 transmits a message to a transmission source terminal T1 via an optional terminal and the transmission source terminal T1 transmits the message to a mobile terminal T2, the terminal T2 calculates an information traveling vector I denoting the information traveling direction and a terminal traveling vector M denoting the direction of its own traveling, obtains a normalized inner product cosθ between the information traveling vector I and the terminal traveling vector M and has a logic of transferring the received message when a condition of cosθ>=0 is satisfied.
