Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of inputs of a LCD(liquid crystal display) driver chip and to suppress the variation among chips to be small. SOLUTION: A 10-bit 2-ary counter 202 free-runs in synchronism with a system clock. A 10-bit 5-staged shift register 200 stores the gamma correction data received from a PC. Comparators 204 compare the value X of the 2-ary counter 202 with values Ys stored in 10-bit registers to convert the gamma correction data into pulse widths. Outputs of the comparators 204 are latched in D-FFs 206 in synchronism with the system clock. Time-voltage transforming units 208 generate reference potentials for gamma correction by subjecting outputs of the D-FFs 206 to LPFs.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that can efficiently retrieve a wireless station in existence around the device in a network, especially in a wireless ADHOC communication network. SOLUTION: A master node 710 includes a protocol stack 715, a transceiver 720, a retrieval scheduler 725, a traffic prediction means 730, and an out-channel interference signal strength measurement means 735 as major components, and a slave node 750 includes a protocol stack 760, a transceiver 765, and a retrieval routine 755 as major components. An interference strength measurement means 735 informs a retrieval scheduler 725 about the strength of an interference signal measured by the interference strength measurement means 735 and the retrieval scheduler 725 decides the total amount of the resource assigned to the retrieval on the basis of the measured strength of the interference signal.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach and move a device by transmitting a connection request packet containing self-identification information in response to the reception of a packet showing connection permission from a first radio equipment, receiving a connection permission packet and setting it through the use of path information in accordance with the reception of the packet which is not reception-designated. SOLUTION: When the reading of data is instructed from a computer 1, a USB controller 33 outputs a USB packet containing necessary data to USB 31 and a USB interface unit B27 receives it. A control unit M25 controls the transmitter of a radio transmitter/receiver B23 so that it transmits the radio packet of an appropriate system. The receiver of a radio transmitter/receiver A21 receiving the radio packet containing data from a device 7 informs a control unit A17 of the reception of data and stores data in a buffer 19.

SOLUTION: In the communication terminals 101-116 realizing group communication of radio ad hoc network of which the connection is rearranged by movement of the terminals 101-106 with high frequency in comparison to that of communication packet, an identification information and an expiry data information of an adjacent terminal together with an expiry date of own station in which the date itself belongs to the group are stored into a group managing table 11, and a transmitting receiving device 20 adds an identification information of itself, also adds the date information of the group based on the expiry date information stored in the table 11 so as to make packet transmission.
