Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of displaying candidates for the correct word whereby the correct word can be displayed with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A compound dictionary is provided in a dictionary data storage part. If a line of words consisting of candidates for the correct word to be spell checked and words in front of and behind the correct word are registered in the compound dictionary as a compound, candidates for the correct word forming the compound are enrolled at the top of a list. If, from an original text in front of and behind the word to be spell checked, the field of the contents of the document can be determined, candidates for the correct word which belong to the field are enrolled at the top of the list. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a destination address in each address area such as TO, CC, BCC of an electronic mail by single operation. SOLUTION: A DB preparing part 164 groups electronic mails for each section of a company, and prepares a DB for a destination address by making each grouped address mail and title or the like correspond to either the address area such as TO, CC, and BCC of the mail or title area, and stores it in a storage device 130 for controlling the destination address. When a user designates a section name or the like added to the group, an address setting supporting part 170 outputs each destination address and title name corresponding to the designated address information to a mail transmitting part 162. The mail transmitting part sets it in each corresponding designation address and title area or the like, and transmits it with a main sentence inputted by a user to a communication network.
