Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a destination address in each address area such as TO, CC, BCC of an electronic mail by single operation. SOLUTION: A DB preparing part 164 groups electronic mails for each section of a company, and prepares a DB for a destination address by making each grouped address mail and title or the like correspond to either the address area such as TO, CC, and BCC of the mail or title area, and stores it in a storage device 130 for controlling the destination address. When a user designates a section name or the like added to the group, an address setting supporting part 170 outputs each destination address and title name corresponding to the designated address information to a mail transmitting part 162. The mail transmitting part sets it in each corresponding designation address and title area or the like, and transmits it with a main sentence inputted by a user to a communication network.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently distribute information provided from a Web server through Internet by organically coupling a browser software and mail communication. SOLUTION: A service node 40 is operated as a car allocation service device, a client node 30 is operated as a car navigation device mounted on an automobile such as taxi or carrier of home delivery, A Web server 20 distributes position data containing the longitude/latitude of address/location (destination) of individual/company through a communication network 10 to the request service node 40 corresponding to a request from the service node 40. The service node 40 distributes the position data provided from the Web server 20 through the communication network 10 to the client node 30 and the client node 30 displays the route from the current position to the destination on a map and shows it to a driver.
