Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driver which can make the efficiency of a manufacturing process step higher, the cost lower and the space less and a hard disk drive. SOLUTION: The rotational movement of an actuator 30 to its inner peripheral side and the rotational movement of the actuator 30 to its outer peripheral side are regulated by a stopper 50 arranged between coil holding arms 34A and 34B of the actuator 30 and the holding of a magnetic head 32 of the actuator 30 on a lamp 13 is made possible by a magnet built into the stopper 50.
