Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customizable touchscreen keyboard, a method and a system for customizing a touchscreen keyboard, and a computer program product. SOLUTION: A data processing system receives customization characteristics from a user through the touchscreen interface, and creates a customized touchscreen keyboard layout based on the customization characteristics, and displays the customized touchscreen keyboard layout to the user. For example, it is possible for the user to customize the keyboard so that characters can be arrayed in an alphabetical order like a U shape, and to easily search a desired character. It is possible for the user to re-customize the keyboard as necessary later. Moreover, the data processing is able to reconstitute the keyboard based on past usage by the user.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for constructing a server by using a removable storage device. SOLUTION: A removable storage medium reader 120 is connected to a server 118, and the removable storage device is inserted into the reader. The removable storage device includes configuration data used to construct the server. When the power is supplied to the server, the server carries out a boot-up sequence including the upload of the configuration data from the removable storage device. Thus, the server is constructed so as to be used in the network.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which filter contents according to the accessibility of the contents for a user. SOLUTION: The device and method use an evaluation tool which evaluates requested contents as to the accessibility for a user having special necessity, e.g. a disabled or physically handicapped user. The evaluation result is compared with a user indication of necessary accessibility level so as to determine whether the contents are easy for the user to use. When the evaluation result shows that the contents reach the necessary accessibility level of the user, the contents are provided for the user. When the evaluation result shows that the contents do not reach the necessary accessibility of the user, the contents are not provided for the user or an indicator showing that the contents are not easy to use is added to the contents. The contents can be corrected and made easy for the user to use.
