Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatic printing method capable of generating high-quality black-and-white gray scale output within 100 in a super-pixel being 3×3 by using a two-color printer hating only dual printing ability. CONSTITUTION: In this method, a 2nd toner mixture consisting of opaque black toner, opaque white toner and transparent toner is used. The layer of the 2nd toner is applied so as to coat a 1st toner consisting of black toner on a base plate. The 2nd toner is composed of 9% opaque black toner, 9% opaque white toner and 82% transparent toner. Thus, the super-pixel 18 composed of various pixels is obtained.
