    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic material, having a superior electromagnetic characteristic by alternately stacking a magnetic thin film of Co-Fe-Cu alloy having a specified composition and a non-magnetic thin film of Cu or Cu-Co alloy, through the use of electric plating method. CONSTITUTION: A stacked magnetic thin film has a composition having Cox Fey Cuz (where (x), (y) and (z) are the weight percentages of Co, Fe and Cu) and is obtained by alternately stacking magnetic thin films constituted of x = about 66 to 92, y = about 6 to 14 and z = about 2 to 20 and the non- magnetic thin film constituted of Cu or the alloy of Cu and Co below about 5 weight% into multiple layers. The stacked magnetic alloy thin film has electromagnetic characteristics in which magnetic efficiency value is about 16000-24000 gausses, anisotropy value is about 11-20 oersteds, a saturation coercive force value is about to -10 . The alloy layer used for the magnetic thin film and the non-magnetic thin film is manufactured from a water plating solution by a DC or pulse current electrodeposition. Thus, the magnetic thin-film material having its own electromagnetic characteristic can be obtained.
