    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the effect of feed-back in terms of the touch of sense by deciding whether or not a cursor controller constituted to control the movement of a cursor in a computer display is stimulated in terms of the sense of touch and operating a sense of touch generator. SOLUTION: An operating system 18 controls the graphical presentation of the computer display 30 and displays a graphical object 32 by responding to data inputted from the cursor controller 22 and responding to an application being access possible to the operating system. When the cursor crosses the boundary of the graphic object 32, it is decided whether the cursor controller 14 is vibrated or stimulated in terms of the sense of touch so that the sense of touch generator 12 is operated. Thus, the positioning speed and precision of the cursor 34 is improved.
