Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add new values such as higher accessibility while minimizing changes to a plurality of existing web sites. SOLUTION: In a system which includes a first web server 20 and one or more second web servers 30 and allows web pages to be displayed on web browsers of client devices 10 connected to the first and the second web servers 20 and 30 through a network 40, the first web server 20 registers a URL of a file for providing an added value to the first and the second web servers 20 and 30 which are defined as a group of web servers to which the same added value should be given, and the first and the second web servers 20 and 30 display existing web pages on the web browsers and provide the added value to the web pages by operations of DOM from other frames or windows.
