Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the force to be required for inserting a circuit board assembly including plural circuit boards into a card-edge connector. SOLUTION: A circuit board assembly 100' includes a first circuit board 120', a second circuit board 140' and a connecting member 160'. The first circuit board 120' is formed of a printed circuit part and a connection part l24'. The second circuit board 140' is similarly formed of a printed circuit part and a connection part 144'. Each circuit board 120', 140' are formed with a displacement from each other by a distance (d) in the inserting direction into the card edge connectors 200', 300' so that a distance between the connection part 124' of the first circuit board 120' and a first card-edge connector 200' and a distance between the connection part 144' of the second circuit board 140' and a second card-edge connector 300' are different from each other.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a force to apply on a mounting tool necessary for mounting a CPU cooler on a CPU, and to simplify attachment and detachment thereof. SOLUTION: A mounting tool is constituted of a first arm 28A', second arm 28B', and a ring. The first arm 28A' is extended from one end of the ring so as to be bent with an acute angle with a reference face X'-X', and provided with a hanging part 29A' at the top end. Moreover, the first arm 28A' is provided with a tag 80A between the contact part with the ring and the top end. The tag 80A is extended with a prescribed angle with the first arm 28A'. Also, the second arm 28B' is constituted in substantially the same shape as the first arm 28A', and arranged symmetrically to the first arm 28A' related with the central axis of the ring. The cross-shape of the ring has a projecting curved surface at the lower part as shown by B.
