Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a method for enumeration of lymphocyte subtypes in the presence of large platelets and/or platelet aggregates. In one embodiment, the method may be used for identification and monitoring of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. The method of the disclosure may be performed using flow cytometry with a fluorescent or non-fluorescent marker.
