Abstract: A low-noise amplifier stage with reversible amplification includes a first series circuit of load paths of two transistors which is connected through a resistor to ground. A second series circuit or n series circuits of load paths of two transistors is likewise connected through a resistor to ground and is connected parallel to the first series circuit. Parallel-connected collectors of the first transistors of the series circuits are connected through an oscillator circuit to a supply voltage terminal. Two reference voltage sources are provided for supplying a first reference voltage to base terminals of the first transistors of the series circuits and for supplying a second reference voltage to base terminals of the second transistors of the series circuits. A reversing device connects a node point of the load paths of the transistors of the second series circuit to a supply voltage terminal as a function of a control signal.

Abstract: The high frequency arrangement has a semiconductor body in which is formed an integrated circuit (3). On a first surface part of the circuit is provided a high frequency connection point for output or input of a high frequency signal. The arrangement also includes a flexible antenna carrier (2) with a first surface part having a metallized area forming an antenna. The carrier also has a high frequency connector point on or in the first surface part. The first surface part of the antenna carrier and the first surface part of the circuit are arranged to face each other such that the respective high frequency connection parts are coupled to each other. Independent claims also cover a method of manufacturing such an arrangement.

Abstract: The invention discloses a sigma-delta converter arrangement with a forward path including an amplifier and a quantizer with a clock input, and a feedback path with a D/A converter. The amplifier is coupled to an integrator which is in the form of a resonator with a tunable frequency and is actuated by a frequency synthesizer that also prescribes the clock rate of the quantizer. The synchronization between the quantizer and resonator results in highly accurate matching given inexpensive integratabiliy, which means that the sigma-delta converter is suitable for use in mobile radios, for example.
