Abstract: In einigen Beispielen enthält eine Einrichtung eine Auswahlschaltung, die ausgelegt ist zum Liefern von Leistung an eine erste Treiberschaltung, wobei die erste Treiberschaltung ausgelegt ist zum Aktivieren und Deaktivieren eines ersten Schalters eines Nachreglers. Die Einrichtung enthält auch einen Hochfahrregler und eine Steuerung, ausgelegt, zu bewirken, dass die Auswahlschaltung Leistung von dem Hochfahrregler an die erste Treiberschaltung liefert. Die Steuerung ist auch ausgelegt, zu bestimmen, dass ein Verstärkungsregler nach dem Liefern von Leistung von dem Hochfahrregler zu der ersten Treiberschaltung betriebsbereit ist. Die Steuerung ist weiter ausgelegt, zu bewirken, dass die Auswahlschaltung Leistung von dem Verstärkungsregler zu der ersten Treiberschaltung als Reaktion auf das Bestimmen liefert, dass der Verstärkungsregler betriebsbereit ist.
