SOLUTION: A system 100 is provided with an earthquake data-capturing system 105, an ISDN (total service digital network) router 110, an ISDN converter 115, microwave radio transceivers 120 and 125, an ISDN converter 130, an ISDN network 135, a client support center 145, and a group head office 140. Then, by connecting the router 110, the converter 115, the radio transceivers 120 and 125, the converter 130, the network 135, the group head office 140, and the client support center 145, the capturing of earthquake data is remotely controlled and accessed in real time.

Commands and data are packaged such that multiple routings are possible without affecting final calculations.
