Abstract: Process for preparing a mixture of cyclohexanoneoxime-cyclododecanoneoxime containing at the most 70 parts by weight of cyclododecanoneoxime, by oximation of cyclohexanone and cyclododecanone with hydroxylamine sulfate, which comprises carrying out the oximation in two stages, the first stage being effected at a pH of 3-4.5 and 80 DEG -90 DEG C, and the second stage at a pH of 5-6 and a temperature of 90 DEG -110 DEG C.
