Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating top end limit structure in the rotating mechanism, that is capable of dealing with only one limit switch and can be rotated by 360 deg. or larger. SOLUTION: In the rotating top end limit structure, a guide groove 2, which is formed into a spiral shape and has a shallow groove portion 4 at the both ends, is formed on the rotating side 34 or on the fixed side 33, and a limit switch 6 for stopping the rotation of the rotating side 34 is installed on the fixed side 33 or on the rotating side 34 that is on the opposite side of the guide groove 2. A limit dog 11 which has a fixed member 9, comprising a guide groove side projection 7 for inserting into the guide groove 2, and a limit switch side projection 8 that supports in free movement the guide groove side projection 7 following along the guide groove 2 and extends to the limit switch 6 side in the opposite direction of the guide groove side projection 7 is provided, and an energizing means 24 for energizing the limit dog 11 to the guide groove 2 side is provided.

In addition, the device is also provided with three driving links 18-20 which are provided between the plate 5 and substrate 14 and make flexing motions in a horizontal plane, a guide rail 31 installed to the front end of the plate 3, and a sensor 32 which is provided along the rail 31 in a movable state and inspects the wall surface 2.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional traveling vehicle having individually drivable wheels may not make a turn due to insufficient torque when performing a ultra-pivotal brake turning.
SOLUTION: When making a turn of a traveling vehicle 1 having right and left front wheels 3 and rear wheels 4 which are individually drivable, and a manipulator 5 to be developed forward of a vehicle body, the manipulator 5 is developed forward of the vehicle body to shift the center of gravity of the vehicle body forward of the vehicle body, and the right and left front wheels 3, 3 are driven opposite to each other. In this turn control method, the distance from the center of gravity of the vehicle body to the front wheels 3 is reduced to enable the rotation with a low torque, and the resistance at the rear wheels 4 and the friction force with the ground are reduced to enable a smooth ultra-pivotal brake turning even by a driving motor 7 of the relatively small output.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection device for a welded portion of a pipe capable of using a light weight, inexpensive and small sized device. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection device comprises an ultrasonic probe 2 which is inclined at a prescribed angle to a probe that is put into a pipe 1 filled with a liquid and an ultrasonic probe 3 which is inclined at an angle symmetrical with the inclined angle of the ultrasonic probe 2. One ultrasonic probe 2 emits an ultrasonic wave toward a welded part of the pipe 1 and receives the reflection wave from the welded part. The other ultrasonic probe 3 receives the reflection wave from a surface of an inner section of the pipe. Switches 7, 36 that switch the operations of the two ultrasonic probes 2, 3 and a judging means 36 that judges a defect based on the two reception results from the identical welded part by virtue of the switches, are provided.
