Abstract:
Un método de producción de una sustancia bioactiva lipófila, que comprende mezclar una suspensión acuosa de células microbianas que contiene una sustancia bioactiva lipófila o un homogenato de células microbianas de la misma con un disolvente orgánico en presencia de al menos un tipo de tensioactivo no iónico seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en tensioactivos de copolímeros de bloques de polioxietileno-polioxipropileno, ésteres de ácidos grasos y sacarosa, ésteres de ácidos grasos y glicerol, ésteres de ácidos grasos y sorbitán, tensioactivos de poliéter-poliol, tensioactivos de polioxietileno-alquil-éter y tensioactivos de alquil-éter y extraer la sustancia bioactiva lipófila, en el que la cantidad del tensioactivo no iónico que va a ser añadido está en el intervalo de 0,01-10% p de la suspensión acuosa de la célula microbiana u homogenato de células microbianas, y en que la sustancia bioactiva lipófila se selecciona entre coenzimas Q, vitaminas, carotenoides, polifenoles liposolubles, flavonoides, esteroles, ácido α-lipoico y L-carnitina, y en que el disolvente orgánico es un disolvente que contiene un disolvente orgánico hidrófobo o un disolvente orgánico hidrófobo.
Abstract:
A method for production of fine microcapsules which encapsulate a hydrophilic bioactive substance at a high content and can be used in wide range of applications such as foods and medical drugs, which method enabling efficient industrial production, is provided. A method for production of S/O type microcapsules including the steps of: (1) emulsifying and dispersing a mixture of a solid fat and an aqueous solution containing a hydrophilic bioactive substance at a temperature of at least the melting point of the solid fat to obtain a W/O emulsion; (2) removing moisture in the W/O emulsion at a temperature of at least the melting point and lower than the boiling point of the solid fat to obtain an S/O suspension; (3) adding the S/O suspension into an aqueous phase containing at least one selected from a surfactant (B), a thickening agent and a hydrophilic organic solvent, and permitting liquid droplet dispersion at a temperature of at least the melting point and lower than the boiling point of the solid fat to obtain an S/O/W emulsion; and (4) cooling the S/O/W emulsion to lower than the melting point of the solid fat to harden the solid fat, and further removing the moisture at a temperature lower than the melting point of the solid fat.
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide to a method for easily producing high-performance porous cellulose beads having high mechanical strength. Also, the objective of the present invention is to provide an adsorbent produced from the high-performance porous cellulose beads. According to the present invention, high-performance porous cellulose beads can be easily produced from porous cellulose beads, and an adsorbent having high strength and high adsorption amount can be easily produced from the high-performance porous cellulose beads.
Abstract:
Provided is a production method of a lipophilic bioactive substance, which includes mixing an aqueous suspension of a microbial cell containing the lipophilic bioactive substance or a microbial cell homogenate thereof and an organic solvent in the presence of a particular surfactant, and extracting the lipophilic bioactive substance into the organic solvent phase. This production method enables extraction without using special dehydrating, drying facility, and without causing a decrease in the yield due to degraded separability between solvent and fungus body component, as well as efficient industrial production.
