Abstract: A high-speed spinning oil composition comprises following components (A) and (B): (A) an organophosphoric ester salt of formula (1): M X (1) wherein M is an alkali metal ion, ammonium ion or an amine ion; X is an organophosphoric ester anion of formula (2): wherein R1 is an alkyl or alkenyl group of 8 to 22 carbon atoms; A is an alkylene group of 2 to 4 carbon atoms; a is a whole number of 0 to 22; and b is equal to 1 or 2; and (B) an oxyalkylene polymer of formula (3): R11-O-(AO)nH (3) wherein R11 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl or alkenyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alcyl group of 2 to 22 carbon atoms, an aryl group, a polyhydric alcohol group of a silyl group; A is an alkylene group of 2 to 4 carbon atoms; the oxyalkylene polymer has a molecular weight of 2,000 to 40,000. The composition is excellent in resistance to friction against metal and prevents yarn breakage and degradation in high-speed spinning.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To efficiently wash dirts of paved materials and recover the draining and permeability functions of the paved material having a specified porosity, by using a surfactant aqueous solution having a specified surface tension. CONSTITUTION: When hydrogen peroxide water with about 10% concentration is directly sprayed on paving materials clogged with dust, to remove the dust, a surfactant aqueous solution with a surface tension of 50dyne/cm or less is applied. In this case, the purpose is recovery of the drainage and permeability functions of the paving body having 10-26vol.% porosity. Anion, nonion, cation, or amphoteric surfactant is selectively used and the surfactant concentration in the aqueous solution is set at 0.005-10wt.%. A builder like tripolyposphoric acid ester, zeolite, methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, etc., are included in an aqueous solution. Moreover, methyl alcohol, alcohols of polyethylene glycol, and organic chelate agent of polycarboxylic acid soda are contained in an aqueous solution.
