    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching agent having high bleaching effect, having no pungent odor, excellent in user-friendliness and especially effective to a hard surface by including a specific organic peroxide and a specific ingredient. The ingredient A preferably is a compound of formula II [wherein (n) is 1-10, preferably 1-8, more preferabaly 1-6].
