Abstract: A pulp mold container (1) having on the inner surface and/or outer surface of a pulp mold form (2) a 5-300 νm-thick resin layer (3) formed by spraying a coating liquid, the ratio of the thickness of the resin layer (3) to the thickness of the form (2), (the former/latter), being 1/2-1/100, the centerline average roughness (Ra) for the surface roughness of the outer surface or the inner surface of the pulp mold form (2) being 0.5 - 20 νm.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a failure in a latter process and to improve the yield by setting the heat conductivity of a supporting section contacting surface which supports for transporting an optical disk substrate formed by a molding machine to be less than a specific value and equalizing the heat conduction and the heat radiation into the atmosphere in the case of the cooling on the supporting section. SOLUTION: An optical disk substrate 2 made of polycarbonate is molded by an injection molding machine. The temperature of the substrate 2 is 120 deg.C after being taken out of the machine, the substrate 2 is while being cooled on a conveyor, transported to a next process in which a protective film is coated by a spin coater. While the substrate 2 is transported, a supporting section 1 of the conveyor mounts the substrate 2 in the vicinity of the center section of the substrate 2. The contacting surface of the section 1 with the lower surface of the substrate 2 is formed with a porous body 4 a such as sponge whose the air content is made to be more than 50% in terms of a volume ratio and the heat conductivity on the contacting surface is set to be less than 0.5 J/m.s.K. Thus, the heat radiation to the section 1 from the substrate 2 is suppressed and the warp deformation caused by cooling irregularity is suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of a substance harmful to environments in incineration and disposal of such a substance by forming a thermoplastic resin of a composite material containing a specified percentage of specific short fibers or powder which can be incinerated and specifying the area ratio of the short fibers or the powder exposed on the surface. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin is used as an auxiliary component of a composite material forming a molding, so that the blending content of the resin is 30-49 wt.% of the weight of the composite material. Short fibers or powder are used as a main component of the composite material and the blending content of the short fibers or the powder is 51-70 wt.% of the weight of the composite material. The surface smoothness and the luster of the molding are improved by setting the area ratio of the short fibers or the powder exposed on the surface of the molding at 1-20%, and thus the molding has a presentable appearance. Further, a raw material which can be incinerated accounts for not less than half of the constituent material so that the generation of a substance harmful to environments is minimized and the molding can be incinerated and disposed as a product oriented for the elimination of environmental nuisance.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove resin remaining in a resin flow passage communicating with the cavity of a mold in a cooled and solidified state, easily and safely. SOLUTION: A device is constituted so as to remove remaining resin 14, existing in a resin flow passage 13 communicating with the cavity 12 of a mold 6 in a state where the same is injected out of an injection device and is solidified while being cooled. It this case, a resin removing rod 15, provided in a main body unit 18, is disposed at a position where the rod 15 can be inserted into the resin flow passage 13, and the injection device is moved under a condition that the tip end of the nozzle 11 of the injection device is fitted into a second hole 17, provided in the main body unit 18, whereby the remaining resin 14 is pushed out of the resin flow passage 13 by the resin removing rod 15 to remove the same out of the mold 6.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user easily recognize use of pulp fibers in a molding by molding the pulp fibers as a main component and a resin as an auxiliary component through an injection molding process and making the face of a specified region exposed by being torn present on the surface. SOLUTION: A shank 3 is of a flat plate shape with a rounded tip part 3a, on the upper face side of which a specified mark 3b is stamped by molding. On the mark 3b, a face 3c of a part of the tip part 3a exposed by being torn is present. A spoon 1 is molded by an injection molding process using pulp fibers as a main component and a resin as an auxiliary component. In addition, on the exposed face 3c of the spoon 1, fluffs of the pulp fibers which are the constituent component of the spoon 1 are raised up and the exposed face 3c looks like paper. Thus it is possible to make a user easily recognize the use of the pulp fibers in a molding.
