    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spout a liquid agent by a proper amount and diminish waste of the liquid agent by a method wherein a guide is provided in an opening of a container and the opening of the guide is blocked almost entirely by a block plate with a part of the opening remaining open, and an air relief hole is provided. SOLUTION: A spouting cap B is screwed on an opening of a container main body C and a lightweight cap A is screwed on the spouting cap B during storage. The spouting cap B has a guide 4 that stands upright on a sloped bottom 5 of a base 1 and slits 6 are arranged in the axial direction of the guide 4 at constant intervals or at varying intervals which are wider on front and rear sides. A block plate 7 is arranged corresponding to the region inside the circumferential wall of the guide 4 and delivery holes are pierced at positions opposite to the slits 6 across the center of the guide 4. A second hole 9 is made at the lowest position of the bottom 5 to replace liquid with air when the liquid agent is spouted and also to return the liquid agent remaining on the bottom 5 into the container main body C.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from dripping down along the surface of a container when a cap is mounted on the opening of the container again, by a method wherein an annular skirt that expands outward is provided around the open end of a cap main body having a container-like shape. SOLUTION: An annular hood 2 is provided at the middle height of a main body 1 of a cap C and screwed on an opening of a container D. An annular rib 4 is formed on the horizontal part inside the hood 2 and brought in press- contact with the rim of the opening of the container D when the cap C is mounted. On the other hand, a bottom opening member 5 that is independent from the cap main body 1 includes a cylindrical part 6 to be inserted into the cap main body 1, a tapered dike part 7 whose rim is extended so that it comes in contact with the edge of the opening of the cap main body 1, and an annular skirt 8 whose lower part is bent outward at about 90 deg.. As the dike part 7 is provided, the inside diameter of the bottom opening member 5 is abruptly reduced right before the annular skirt 8 and a liquid trap 9 is formed inside the cap C. As the annular skirt 8 is provided, a property of pouring liquid without spills is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a liquid bleaching agent from decomposing under serve conditions by filling it in a thermoformed multilayered container which is composed of an outer layer comprising a thermoplastic resin which contains pigments and an inner layer comprising a thermoplastic resin which does not contain any pigment. CONSTITUTION:A component (c) is obtained by blending 99.99-50wt.% thermoplastic resin (a) thermoformable under bottle thermoforming conditions (e.g. a low-density PE) with 0.01-50wt.% pigment (b) (e.g. titanium white). A laminated sheet is formed from the component (c) and the component (a) which does not contain the component (b). The sheet is thermoformed, for example, by blow molding to produce a thermoformed multilayered container which comprises an outer layer (A) composed of the component (c) and an inner layer (B) composed of the component (a) and wherein the thickness ratio of A to B is 99.99-50:0.01-50. The container is filled with a liquid bleaching agent which comprises an aqueous solution of a hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching base.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rapid dispense and pulsation at the time of dispensing solution to have the solution smoothly returned into a container by providing a second hole at an opposite position to a first hole across an induction wall and making a circular wall stand along a periphery of a bottom around the induction wall and the second hole. SOLUTION: A second hole 27 is provided oppositely to a first hole 26 across an induction wall 23 and sufficiently distant from the first hole 26, and a circular wall 24 is made to stand along the periphery of a bottom to surround the induction wall 23 and the second hole 21. If both holes 26, 27 are thus partitioned by the induction wall 23, when a container 1 is tilted for ejecting solution L from the container 1, the solution L is ejected from the first hole 26, while the second hole 27 serves as an air substituting hole. On the other hand, a lid 10 used for weighing the solution L is fitted on an ejection cap 20A, the solution L remaining in the lid 10 flows into the ejection cap 20A and returns into the container 1 through the second hole 27, while the first hole 26 serves as an air substituting hole.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To recover and store liquid dripping out of a pouring cylinder and/or a measuring cap without allowing the drips to return to the inside of a container, and to let the recovered and stored liquid pour down together with the liquid in the container on the next pouring without allowing flowing-back to the inside of the container. CONSTITUTION: A pouring device 1, equipped with a pouring cylinder 12 projecting beyond a partition plate 13 and provided with a pouring port 15 at its lower end, an outer circumferential wall 11 connected to the pouring cylinder 12 with the partition plate 13 with a liquid-recovering space 4 provided in between, and a storing part 14 for storing liquid recovered from the liquid- recovering space 4, and a measuring cap 2 fitted into the inside on the upper part of the outer circumferential wall 11 are provided. A pair of guide walls 17 for guiding liquid flowing out of the pouring port 15 for pouring-out are provided to the inner wall of the pouring cylinder 12. Thereby, liquid in the container can be poured out, passing through a space between the paired guide plates 17, and liquid recovered to and stored in the storing part 14 can be poured out, passing along the outside of the paired guide walls 17.
