Abstract:
A double container (11) comprising an outer container (13) having flexibility and communicating with the outside air, and an inner bag (14) holding contents, with a space (20) defined between the outer container (13) and inner bag (14), wherein the contents include a component which generates gas by decomposition and a volatile component and the inner bag (14) has permeability to decomposition gases evolved by the decomposing component of the contents. The decomposition gases evolved permeate through the inner bag (14) without difficulty for easy discharge into the outside while the volatile gases evolved from the volatile components are allowed to stay in the space (20) on the outer side of the inner bag (14), making it difficult for the newly evolved volatile gases to permeate through the inner bag (14), thereby limiting dispersion of the volatile gases and effectively suppressing deterioration of hairdye.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity while simplifying a mechanism for controlling the injection of carbon dioxide gas filled in a storing body. SOLUTION: The pressure fluid storing device filled with liquefied carbon dioxide gas includes a synthetic resin-made storing body 1; a synthetic resin-made head 2 integrally connected to the storing body 1 to seal the storing body 1 by being welded to an opening side of the storing body 1; and a valve mechanism 8 disposed in the head 2 to open and close an injection port 9 formed at the head 2. The valve mechanism 8 includes a needle 11 having a sealing portion 13 formed at a tip side so as to be reduced in diameter from the base end side to the tip side, and a coil spring 12 urging the needle 11. The needle 11 is movably disposed in the head 2 forward and backward, opens and closes the injection port 9 by moving forward and backward, and is urged by the coil spring 12 to fit the sealing portion 13 to the injection port 9 to close it. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal label capable of sticking both of a display part and a seal part only by itself in sealing a cover of a container. SOLUTION: The seal label is constituted so as to be stuck over a container 1 and its cover 2 and provided with a seal part 3 for sealing the container 1 and the cover 2, a display part 4 formed continuously to the seal part 3 and allowed to be left and stuck to the cover 2 when the seal part 3 is stripped and a cut line 5 formed on the edge of the display part 4 on a boundary between the display part 4 and the seal part 3. Since the display part 4 and the seal part 3 can be stuck only by one label sheet and the label is used for both of seal and display, the manufacturing cost of the label can be reduced.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam aerosol for washing a foot, capable of spraying creamy and firm foam, capable of being suitably used for directly spraying a content on the foot, and capable of conveniently washing the foot. SOLUTION: This aerosol sprays the content in a foamy state, wherein the content is fed into a pressure vessel equipped with a spout and composed of a stock solution and a propellant, the stock solution contains a surfactant, a thickening agent, and water, and a nozzle having a hole diameter of more than 0.4 mm and less than 2.7 mm is positioned on an outlet of a discharge hole of the spout, so that the foam aerosol for washing the foot is used for directly spraying the content on the foot. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry contents including ingredients which generate cracked gas while eliminating the cracked gas being generated without causing a container to be damaged. SOLUTION: The double container 10, which constitutes a double aerosol container for receiving a liquid hair dressing for example as contents and applying the dressing to a head by pressing a pushbutton-type nozzle 11, comprises an outer vessel 12 including such rigidity that it may not easily deform, an inner bag 13 for receiving the hair dressing and attached inside the outer vessel 12 in a compressed state to reduce a volume of the bag, and a nozzle member 14 attached to seal an opening at an end of the inner bag 13 and placed on the outer vessel 12 with the nozzle 11 protruding. The hair dressing includes ingredients which decompose to generate gas and volatile ingredients, and the inner bag 13 is made of polyethylene or the like having permeability against cracked gas comprising decomposed ingredients of the hair dressing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design of appearance of a container turned upside down and the keeping property of the stacked containers and further facilitate the wringing of the residual contents. SOLUTION: In a container provided with the container body 11 and the cap 21, the outer diameter of the cap body 21A is made nearly same with the outer diameter of the cover body 21B and a cut face 25A where a part of the shoulder 11B around the opening of the container body 11 is exposed, is provided at the outer periphery of the cap body 21A.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety of an device by preventing the device from excessively pressurized by controlling pressure in a container body accommodating a content to be atomized to constant pressure. SOLUTION: A pressure medium storage container 3 filled with a carbon dioxide is provided in a container body 1 for storing a content 2 to be atomized to emit the pressure medium into the container body 1 by controlling a valve mechanism 23 provided at the pressure medium storage container, so that the content is injected out of an injection mechanism 16. A valve operating mechanism 15 for operating the valve mechanism has a piston 51 for opening an injection hole 24 by pressing a needle valve 34 which is pressure-urged by the urging force of a coil spring 72 to close the injection hole 24 against the urging force, and a piston opening unit 64 for opening the closed state by the piston is provided at a cylinder 21 with the piston being advanced therein and retracted therefrom. The piston is moved in the cylinder 21 against the urging force for pressing the piston, and when the piston is moved to the piston opening unit 64, the cylinder is opened and communicates with the atmosphere. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular vessel capable of preventing an end seal part from being peeled attributable to gas generated from hair dye. SOLUTION: This tubular vessel is formed of a resin cylindrical member, the resin contains straight-chain low-density polyethylene which is polymerized with metallocene as catalyst. The viscosity of the content at 25 deg.C is 5,000-50,000 mPa.s. The tubular vessel is used for storing the hair dye for generating oxygen or carbon dioxide when it is preserved.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double aerosol product capable of suppressing the increase of the internal pressure in a container without using a gas absorbent even in the case where the container is filled with contents which evolve gas. SOLUTION: The double aerosol product 10 comprises a first chamber 11, a second chamber 12 positioned inside the first chamber 11 and filled with contents which evolve gas with time, and an injection valve 13 mounted to an opening of the second chamber 12. The first chamber 11 serves as a pressure- resistant container made of a resin and having gas permeability, and the second chamber 12 serves as a gas-permeable container made of a resin. It is preferable that an aerosol propellant to be contained in the first chamber 11 is the same gas as that to be evolved from the contents or mixed gas including gas to be evolved from the contents. It is further preferable that gas to be evolved from the contents is carbon dioxide.
