Abstract:
Fibres are washed using a washing agent containing a nonionic surfactant which is an ethylene- and propylene-oxide triblock adduct of an 8-22C alcohol. Washing of fibres is effected using an agent containing a nonionic surfactant which is a block alkoxylated alcohol of formula R1-O-(EO)l(PO)m(EO)nH. R1 = 8-22C alkyl or alkenyl; l and n = on average 1-12; m = on average 1-4. Also claimed is a washing agent containing (A) the above agent together with (B) an anionic surfactant and/or a glycol ether.
