    Abstract: Bebida efervescente envasada con un valor calórico menor que 40 Kcal/240 ml, que tiene un productopurificado de extracto de té verde añadido a la misma, que comprende: (A) desde el 0,08 hasta el 0,5% en masa de catequinas no poliméricas, (B) desde el 0,0001 hasta el 20% en masa de (B) un edulcorante, y (C) un gas de dióxido de carbono, cuyo volumen de gas oscila entre más del 0,5% en vol. y el 4,0% en vol.,en la que: (D) el porcentaje de compuesto distinto a epicatequinas en las catequinas no poliméricas es de desde el 5hasta el 25% en masa, el porcentaje de (E) galatos en (A) las catequinas no poliméricas ([(E)/(A)] x 100) es de desde el 5 hasta el55% en masa, (F) la bebida tiene un pH de desde 2,5 hasta 5,1; y la razón en masa de (G) cafeína con respecto a (A) las catequinas no poliméricas [(G)/(A)] es de desde0,0001 hasta 0,16; y en la que el edulcorante (B) comprende eritritol y al menos uno seleccionado de azúcar de frutas, azúcar deuva y jarabe de maíz de alto contenido de fructosa.
