Abstract:
Disclosed is a detergent builder granule which comprises: a water-soluble inorganic salt (a component A) comprising an inorganic salt that has a hydrated crystal and/or is capable of forming a hydrated crystal; and a clay mineral (a component B), wherein the content of the component B is 60 wt% or less, the ratio of the component A to the component B (an A/B ratio) is 5/95 to 80/20 by weight in terms of anhydride content, and the rate of water loss is 3 to 30 wt% when heated to 200°C. It becomes possible to provide a detergent builder granule for use in a detergent for clothing and having excellent dispersibility in cold water, and also provide a detergent composition containing the detergent builder granule.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder having improved storage stability of alkali metal silicate, and to provide a zeolite compounding cleaner composition comprising the composite powder. SOLUTION: The composite powder having an average particle size of 1 to 1,000 μm consists of alkali metal silicate particles (A) having an average particle size of 1 to 200 μm, of 25 to 90 mass%, and clay mineral particles (B) having an average particle size of 0.01 to 50 μm, of 10 to 75 mass%. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder detergent composition having a high alkali-buffering capacity and excellent in detergency, and to provide a method of washing clothing using the same. SOLUTION: The powder detergent composition (1) is prepared by mixing an alkali granule (a), containing a surfactant and a crystalline alkali metal silicate and having an average particle diameter of 100-1,000 μm, with a granule (b), containing an acid source and a carbon dioxide source and having an average particle diameter of 100-1,000 μm, wherein the content of the crystalline alkali metal silicate is 28-65 mass% and the pH of 1 g/L concentration of an aqueous solution at 25°C is 10-11. In the method (2) of washing clothing using the composition, carbon dioxide generated by reacting the granule (a) with the granule (b) is discharged to the outside of the washing system. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain enzyme granules having good solubility in water or a detergent solution, having no tendency to dye clothes and having beautiful appearance by incorporating a colorant selected from a specified anthraquinone dye and a specified carbonium dye. SOLUTION: Each of the colorants has at least one sulfo group and is exemplified by an anthraquinone derivative or a diphenylmethane dye. The granules contain at least either of the colorants. The content of the colorant is 0.001-1 wt.% based on the enzyme granule. The enzyme is at least one member selected from the group consisting of cellulase, protease, lipase, and amylase. The mean particle diameter of the enzyme granules is desirably 100-1,000 μm. A detergent composition for clothes comprises 5-60 wt.% surfactant, 1-50 wt.% alkali agent, 1-50 wt.% divalent metal ion scavenger, 1-10 wt.% anti-redeposition agent, 1-10 wt.% fluorescent dye, 0.01-5 wt.% perfume, and 1-10 wt.% colored enzyme granules.
