Abstract:
The present invention provides means of allowing an edible oil to contain useful components derived from an oil-containing raw material, such as polyphenols, efficiently. The present invention is a process for producing an edible oil, wherein when the edible oil is expressed from an oil-containing raw material, a diacylglycerol-containing oil or fat is added to the oil-containing raw material so that the diacylglycerol content in the oil or fat obtained after the oil expression is 4% by weight or more.

Abstract:
The detergent composition is excellent in both detergency and sterilizing properties, causes less corrosion and/or damage to plastic and comprises (A) an alkyl polyglycoside, (B) a germicide selected from a cationic germicide, a biguanide germicide and an amino acid germicide and (C) a fatty acid salt respectively at specific proportions. This composition may be used as a detergent for hard surfaces.
Abstract:

Abstract:
Microbicide compositions containing hypochlorous acid or salts thereof. In particular, a liquid microbicide composition consisting of an aqueous solution which contains (A) hypochlorous acid and/or a salt thereof, (B) a surfactant, and (C) a pH regulator and exhibits a pH of 3 to 8 (at 25 °C).
Abstract:
A method and a system for sterilizing a food packaging container or a food filling system, comprising a medicine sterilization process where a disinfectant aqueous solution containing a chlorine based disinfectant containing hypochlorous acid and a pH regulator is touched to the surface of the food packaging container or the line piping, apparatus of the food filling system or the surface in a room, and a heating sterilization process where surface temperature of an object is raised, wherein these processes are performed simultaneously or separately. A specified sterilization power is exhibited over a wide range of bacteria, handling is simplified, processed surface is not corroded over a long term, stench is eliminated and no special treatment of waste liquid is required.
Abstract:
The invention provides a composition for production of a sterilizer having a water content of 1 to 25% by weight and comprising (A) an ester of a polyhydric alcohol and an organic acid having a hydrocarbon group which may have a hydroxyl group and (B1) hydrogen peroxide. From the composition, a sterilizer is obtained as an aqueous solution containing an organic peracid.
Abstract:
Methods of sterilization with hypochlorous acid and so on. In particular, a method of sterilization by bringing an aqueous solution containing (A) hypochlorous acid and/or a salt thereof, (B) a surfactant, and (C) a pH regulator into contact with microbes.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently washing and disinfecting microorganisms on a hard surface to reduce a hazard caused by the microorganisms. SOLUTION: The method for washing and disinfecting the hard surface includes a step 1 to contact the microorganisms on the hard surface with a component (A) composed of a compound expressed by general formula (1) RO-(EO)n-H (1) (in the formula, R is 8-14C straight or branched chain alkyl or alkenyl; EO is ethyleneoxy; and n is an integer of 0-5) and a step 2 to contact the microorganisms with a component (B) composed of at least one kind of compound selected from chlorine-based oxidizing agents and cationic disinfectants.
