Abstract:
[1] A method for producing granules for a tooth polishing agent comprising mixing a water insoluble powdery material with a silicic acid salt using a vessel rotatable granulator to granulate the mixture said method involving a step of carrying out the granulation while supplying droplets of an aqueous solution of the silicic acid salt to the water insoluble powdery material using a multi fluid nozzle and said method enabling the production of granules for a tooth polishing agent which have proper collapse strength and excellent wet collapse strength with high yield; [2] granules for a teeth polishing agent which can be produced by the aforementioned method; and [3] a teeth polishing agent which contains the granules for a teeth polishing agent.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent excellent in washability, solubility and storage stability, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid detergent includes following process 1 and 2. Process 1: a process of mixing a compound (an A Component) represented by the following general formula (1) and a nonionic detergent (a B Component) having a melting point of 50 to 90°C at a higher temperature than the melting point of the B Component to obtain a mixture containing 10 to 90 mass% of the A Component and 1 to 50 mass% of the B Component, where R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms and M, M, Mrepresents each independently one kind selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, ammonium, alkanolamine and alkylamine. Process 2: a process of obtaining a granule of the mixture obtained in process 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent with high storage stability, which causes no discoloration after a long-term storage; and a method for manufacturing the solid detergent.SOLUTION: The solid detergent comprises: 5 to 70 mass% of a compound (component A) represented by the following general formula (1); 0.1 to 20 mass% of an organic acid (component B) having a carbon number of 3 to 8; and 1 to 30 mass% of an oxygen based bleaching agent (component C). The component A contains granulated substance. (In the formula, R represents a hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 1 to 12, and M, M, and Meach independently represent one selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, ammonium, alkanolamine, and alkylamine.)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bubbling bathing agent composition which has a sufficient warming effect and superior bubbling property of carbon dioxide gas.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the bubbling powder bathing agent composition includes following stages: a stage 1 wherein a carbonate and a nonionic surfactant of ≥0.5 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the carbonate are mixed to obtain carbonate particles; a stage 2 wherein organic acid and a water-soluble binder are mixed to obtain organic acid particles; and a stage 3 wherein the carbonate particles obtained in the stage 1 and the organic acid particles obtained in the stage 2 are mixed. The bubbling powder bathing agent composition manufactured in the method generates the extremely fine bubble of carbon dioxide gas to increase the concentration of the carbon dioxide gas in a bath, thus exhibits a superior blood circulation promoting effect.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic acid-containing granule from which oozing out of oily ingredients is controlled and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The organic acid-containing granule having a volume-average primary particle size of ≤50 μm, includes 40-93 mass% of an organic acid, 0.1-30 mass% of oily ingredients, and 6-30 mass% of a water-soluble binder. The method for producing the same is described. Because of the fact that the volume-average primary particle size is not greater than 50 μm, the organic acid-containing granule has a controlled oozing out of the oily ingredients in the granulation process and tabletting process, and an excellent shaping ability, even when the granule containing the oily ingredients is tabletted. The organic acid-containing granule is utilized as an intermediate for producing a bath agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic component-containing powder readily making the lipophilic component in stable and minute emulsified oil droplets by using a small amount of emulsifying agent based on an amount of the lipophilic component even when kept in a vehicle-containing state and effectively suppressing oozing-out of the oil when applying secondary processing such as compaction/molding to the lipophilic component and to provide a method for producing the powder. SOLUTION: The present invention provides lipophilic component-containing powder obtained by drying (A) a lipophilic component, (B) an amphipathic polymer containing the units represented by formulas (1) and (2) (wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are each H or a 1-5C alkyl group; X is an anionic group; Y is a hydrophobic group) in a specific ratio and (C) an O/W type emulsified material containing a vehicle and water and provides a method for producing the powder.
